Wateringse Veld is a vinex location of the town The Hague. 7500 houses will be built between 1996 and 2009. Wateringse Veld is in the middle of size of the three Hague Vinex locations. It belongs to the Escamp district.

Wateringse Veld is located in an area that originally belonged to the municipality Wateringen and was used primarily for greenhouse culture. In 1994, the area was annexed by The Hague. Archaeological excavations showed that the area was already inhabited in Roman times. Four Roman milestones were excavated in 1997 from the 2nd and 3rd centuries AC.
